Built in 1928-29 as a manufacturing facility for an adhesives company, later known as Nacan Products. Converted in 2007. Massive Douglas fir beams with cast-iron fittings, thick brick walls, and ceiling heights of 14-18 ft in select units. Some units have a coach house form and feel. Located directly on the Rail Path in the Junction Triangle.
