Built in 1907 by the Columbia Graphophone Company — a music recording facility. Later occupied by R&T Watson Co. confectioners. Converted in 2007 at the building's centennial into 153 lofts. Received the Heritage Toronto Award and an Honourable Mention at the 2011 Toronto Urban Design Awards. Units range from 550 to 1,500+ sq ft with 10-16 ft ceilings, original wood beams, and arched windows.
